Hohmann & Barnard, Inc., the largest manufacturer of reinforcement, anchoring systems and
accessories for masonry and stone, announced today that it has acquired Sandell Industries, Inc, based in Schenectady, New York. Sandell manufactures state of the art flashings, drainage products, and building envelope accessories to the residential and commercial construction industry.

Here are some pictures of a job that we did utilizing your products. We used 101, 101G, and 606. We also performed repair and staining on this job. On this job we won a local historic preservation award. Th…e owners of this building also submitted and won a Main Street Award through the National Main Street award program for building facade restoration.After the repair was finished we used NECT-90 to stain the masonry repairs to blend.

Sando-Seal

Product Description

Sandell’s Sando-Seal is a cost effective self adhering, in wall flashing membrane for use with concrete, masonry, gypsum or wood wall construction. Usage shall comply with typical wall flashing details.

Composition and Materials

Sandell’s Sando-Seal is a 40ml membrane that is composed of a highly adhesive rubberized asphalt compound. This product is integrally bonded to a high density, cross laminated polyethylene film. Joined together these materials provide strong and flexible waterproofing layer that insure moisture production.

Available in 75′ rolls in the following widths:
